Please note that shipping is valid within UAE only and usually takes 1-3 business days for delivery.

1. Eligibility for Returns:

  • T-Shirts must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Returns are only accepted within 3 days from the date of purchase.
  • Personalized or custom-made T-Shirts are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

2. Returns Process:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team (info@tweetwearclothing.com) within the specified return period and provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.

3. Return Shipping:

  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless there was an error on our part or a manufacturing defect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe delivery of the returned item(s).
  • In the case of an exchange, the customer will be responsible for any price difference and the cost of shipping the replacement item(s).

4. Refund or Exchange:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you regarding the eligibility for a refund or exchange.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

In the case of an exchange, we will ship the replacement item(s) to you as soon as possible.

5. Non-Returnable Items: 

  • In addition to personalized or custom-made T-Shirts, the following items are non-returnable:
  • T-Shirts that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer.
  • T-Shirts without the original tags or packaging.
  • T-Shirts purchased during a promotional sale or discounted period.

6. Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective T-Shirt, please contact our customer service team immediately to arrange for a return or exchange.

We may request photos or additional information to assess the nature of the damage or defect.
